At Woodland Farm we carefully plan our breedings.  Testing is done routinely for hips, eyes, vWD and thyroid.  This enables me to give health guarantees with my dogs.  My goal is to produce a dog that will lead a happy, healthy life whether in show, performance or pet homes and I'm careful about matching the puppy with the right family.  I am always happy to refer to other responsible breeders if I have nothing available or do not have what the prospective family are looking for.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.

Visitors are all welcome by appointment at Woodland Farm.  You can contact me at woodlandfarm@roadrunner.com or (207) 453-2631

Adult shelties looking for the right home and retired show dogs are free (must be neutered) to the right "retirement" (forever) home.

Although my primary purpose in breeding is to produce my next generation of show dogs, occasionally we have pet puppies available.  We mainly have sables but occasionally have tri or blue puppies. Please feel free to email or call to check on availability.

Pictured below at 1 wk is a litter of 8 whelped on Jan 29th with a mixture of blue
merles, biblue, biblack and tris.  Mom Sadie is a Ch Mejimo Tri Surfin The
Net daughter out of a Ch Montage The Last Boy Scout granddaughter.  Dad is a
young son of Ch Shadow Hill's Discovery out of an Apple Acres bitch that is
an  Armani granddaughter. These puppies will be old enough to go to their
new homes in early April.  Inquiries welcome.
